Chef Kenny Lim has a wealth of more than 15 years of experience in patisserie.
He has built his career and has served in leading hotels such as Equatorial and the Pan Pacific both locally and overseas.
He has held the positions of pastry chef for more than 10 years of his career and has also lectured in Patisserie Studies
at the Hospitality School of Sunway University College and Kolej Damansara Utama. He
has decided to venture into the business world and is the co-founder of Choffles Wedding Cake Studio which has managed to
satisfy as a long list of clients including DHL, ESPN Sports and Digi Telecommunications. Kenny’s expertise lies in
this creative fondant sugar sculptured cakes which grace weddings and corporate events.
